Don't know the bad reviews here. Bought a bike on Saturday and had it delivered to the address on Wednesday, no problems. The only thing I could wish for is extended phone time if you have any questions

STAY AWAY! Experienced the same as Bjarne Jensen, reviewer on trustpilot. They sell bikes they do NOT have in stock and try to sell an expensive bike. Cf. by law you are entitled to what you have bought, since a purchase agreement has been entered into - but they run away from that and stop communication - haven't heard anything from them for over 15 days. I don't think billigcykel.dk has delivered to the customer service you can rightly expect from a modern online shop. Hope they get a better handle on it.
