This company failed to give honest maintenance advice. The car manufacturer maintenance plan states that oil and oil filter must be changed out every 30000 km or every 2 years while these guys advised me tp change then every year. All in all misinforming people on their benefit to make money. Check your car maintenance plan before trusting them.

I contacted Autocenter Gentofte at the end of October 2023 regarding an insurance claim through the insurance company, with a loan car. I was told that there was time in 3 months, i.e. February 7 2024, that was fine, because if it is busy, then it is enough to celebrate. So on February 6, I received an SMS saying that there is no loaner car available. I contact Autocenter Gentofte, and am confirmed that there is no loaner car and they cannot take my car. They can only take it on Monday, February 12. It's really bad service, they had 3 months to plan, so the deal is over, and mad 😡 I had changed shifts and had mine planned 😡

Has now been a regular customer at Autocenter Gentofte since 2006 (with the same AUDI A6), and has always received extremely friendly and competent service, repair and damage repair. During the 16 years, there have been 3 cases where things were not in order, but they have always been corrected immediately and without charge upon prosecution. Was last past the workshop with an engine alarm, which was examined and fixed on the spot without charge. Super good workshop!
