Well, from a non Swedish customer point of view, their service is awful, I bought a half million Swedish krones car there and I regret it every day. I would like to be able to buy my car on internet if possible. Their service is zero. Do not expect support, clarity, guidance and will to do a great job. They are there because they did get the job they dreamt about, they do not pay attention about the customer experience. Maybe it is a Swedish mindset you can usually find at the restaurant but still, here it is Audi, we expect the German quality but no, not there.

Audi Helsingborg did a troubleshooting on our Q7, which took them three and a half days to realize they couldn't connect to the engine control unit. They claimed that the car is tuned. Apparently there is "absolutely nothing" they can do to diagnose a problem with a car that has a tuned ECU because the only thing their auto mechanic knows how to do is download data from a computer and follow step by step guidance from Audi. But they forced us to pay SEK 2,000 for the incomplete troubleshooting even though they don't have the tools, skills or desire to do the kind of troubleshooting that a proper auto mechanic would. The service manager was very quick to threaten to impound our car permanently when I questioned him about the exorbitant cost, forcing us to move our car from their locked facility. We still paid but we shouldn't have. Although the man at the front desk is delightful, Audi Helsingborg as an organization are smug and arrogant, and they have a completely clueless car repair shop. The service we received on previous visits to Audi Helsingborg has been equally hopeless. If you have anything more than a minor problem with your Audi, don't go here. They can trick you and threaten to keep your car if you ask for an unreasonable charge. After almost 10 years of loyalty to Audi we will never ever go back to this rotten Audi dealer.
