One of the physiotherapists injured my neck, which meant a 4-month sick leave for me. The physiotherapist told me several times that he had made a mistake and apologized profusely. I opened a case with the patient compensation, but here the clinic disclaimed all responsibility. They give false information to the patient compensation and do not stand by the error, which the practitioner has previously admitted several times. I still have pain in my neck, but they won't be held responsible. I would strongly recommend that you find another clinic

Very bad Fys clinic. They did an injury to me. An honest mistake, but an injury. During the incident I said it hurt, but the pressure continued to be put on me. The episode made me sick for a month and therefore I made a patient compensation case on it. I have now received a response from the compensation case and can see that there have been lies and told by the clinic that I did not say it hurt. The most hideous and rude behavior I have experienced from any clinic.

Easy and quick booking for treatment of damage. Competent assessment of damage and initiation of treatment. Clear message about the extent of the injury and exercises. Good and personal follow-up. Agreements are complied with punctually. Short waiting time for follow-up treatments.
