Did the job properly and satisfactory. They just need to clean their tools more often and better.

Extremely unpleasant experience. Traumatic for dog and owner. "Hold its head!" shouted the vet after a poor attempt to stuff a pill down the dog's throat instead of hiding it in a bit of liver pate like virtually all other vets.

After two visits to Allerød Veterinary Clinic, we have to admit that the place is not for our dog. He is a ten-month-old, large male dog, but cautious and easily frightened of new places and people. On both visits to Allerød Veterinary Clinic, the vets (the first time a woman and the second time a man) showed surprisingly little regard for our dog's slightly fragile mind. We had probably hoped that reading an animal and taking it into account was the first and most important part of veterinary training, but in these two cases not really. We are now finding another vet who prioritizes our dog's well-being more than just the treatment. Having said this, we cannot put a finger on the professional service we received as (human) customers. We experienced great flexibility in terms of booking an appointment, and got the vaccines and treatments we wanted. If you have a robust dog, which meets all people with elevated calmness, this clinic can easily be OK. Just not for us :-).
