I was stopping by after visiting Louisiana museum according to the suggestion of the museum staff. She said this place sells nice organic supplies with a cosy and beautiful café. So I had to check it out. And it was true. Although I arrived there at almost closing time and there was not much choices left for the food, the salad bowl I ordered was awesome. Homemade fermented Kimchi was brilliant, nice hammus, fresh and sweet veggies. Absolutely loved it!

Probably the best place for your groceries in a 50 km radius - the produce is very neat and so is the store and surrounding gardens and nature it self. There's a swell of organic and biodynamic vegetables, dairy and meat.

7 course vegetarian Christmas Dinner. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! I had the pleasure to make 4 SALADS as main dishes for this holiday: 2 acceptable salads, one eatable, and one so bitter...just trash. Thank you for running the Christmas Dinner! Before this Christmas, everytime I ordered from Aarstiderne the food was wonderful.

It's great to have visited and interacted with Maya who is in charge of the CSR and supply value chain of Aarstiderne. The fact that they deliver organic food in boxes with different recipes was also quite an adventure.
