First really good service and then the challenge started with the bike computer. I had the Cateye installed in Helsinge, it seemed to work, but it turned out that when the bike was stationary it had a speed of 99km/hour and in one night I had covered 2500km contacted Rex bikes and said that now they had to collect my brand new bike in Tisvilde after 2 visits to get it fixed. They picked up and returned and then the problem repeated itself, now they won't fix it unless I come to the store again. I have to be completely honest - it's the turn of Rex bikes! Peter doesn't think so?????? PS I have a car without a bike rack, so it's not just straight.

Goes in to buy an item at 9.50, the shop has an open door and signs are rolled out, politely asks if I can get help, there is a gentleman who sticks his head into the shop and snarls that it doesn't open until 10, the first and last time I put my feet up there, unbelievable you have enough customers to turn people away because they apparently arrive 10 minutes early in a business with open doors.

Really bad service. I called to find out where I could count on them having my bike ready. There I just dismissed "when you send a message" with an undertone that it was the stupidest question in the whole world. When I came to pick up my bike I was very disappointed because the brakes that had to be fixed are still making noise and the brakes are really bad. Advise everyone to shop here.

Excellent service/after-service, which we received in connection with the replacement of tires & tubes, on my son's bike, overrides the slightly high prices, thank you Lotte :-).

Bought a MTB that suited my needs, at a really good price. Since I have now been very unlucky twice with some complaints about frames, the shop has been extremely helpful and solution-oriented both times. There is no finger to put on their service level.

Service does not exist in the store. Have just been settled as I wanted to advertise a Garmin product bought from them. I had to take care of repairs myself at Garmin. In the future, I will refrain from disturbing the store and buy all my services/products online or in Hillerød.

Very nice treatment in the summer when the money is rolling...in the winter : not so convincing. Get a price before you hand in your bike for repair. !
