I have used this workshop for several years and what they do is always in order. There is never a long wait to get to. The best thing, however, is that you can feel safe knowing that you will not be ripped off or cheated, understood in the way that the prices for what they do are fair if not cheap and they never do more than what is agreed. If they find something unexpected, they call, you get a fixed price and then you can decide whether you want it done or wait.

The mechanics are nice and helpful. In the office there is incredibly poor service, ask for help and the message is you have to do it yourself, customer service is not present.

Always welcoming. They find and solve most problems. Had a newer C3 which had been a bit "stuck-burned" with numerous engine faults - now no flashing lights - almost like a new car. Also drives a 16 year old Sharan which is also looked after - spare parts are often available used.....
