Their pizza was not fully baked and it only had meat and salad. There was hardly any dressing or other toppings. Service was a little better they were just very quiet and awkward. The atmosphere was completely empty, there was no conversation or music in the background. Only they can do better.

If 0 stars could be given I probably would as they don't even deserve 1 star anymore!! After the owner of Mezzaluna has changed, both the quality of the food and the service have dropped significantly. On Thursday we order a family pizza with side dishes for takeaway. When we got home we saw a dead spider on the pizza. Without touching the food, we took a picture of it and called them. Instead of listening to us or saying sorry, they interrupt and start explaining that they make the dough fresh and that they sell about 300 pizzas a day. I don't care at all! What am I going to use this information for if you can't make a proper pizza. We tried to explain that it has nothing to do with the dough and it is on top of the pizza and sits in the cheese. But NO they were NOT listened to AT ALL. I am deeply disappointed. I have been a regular customer and have recommended the place to many, but unfortunately it stops here. Besides that, I can see that my cousin's post, where the picture was posted, has been deleted. Maybe you should start responding to your reviews and try to retain your customers instead of taking the easy way out and deleting the bad reviews!!!
