Very busy restaurant and a bit noisy Staffs are very friendly & cheerful, always try to take care customer Food — love their bread and can’t tell how yummy it is as skin a little bit crispy but inside is very soft Starter — ok. Both are normal Main course — seafood pasta are good and cod fish very smooth too. Dessert — tiramisu Must try and orange cheese honey special way to cook not my choice BUT, I wish their menu should cover others meat as it is almost everything is beef, so it would be hard for me while I don’t eat beef as only 2 choice I can selected. Recommend !!! Don’t forget to book in advance

One of the best authentic Italian restaurants in Copenhagen. Definitely my personal favorite.

Was given the wrong appetiser and even got blamed that it was what we ordered. Then they realized their mistake, no apology. Everyone was getting a small amuse bouche so we asked (after 20 mins) they then served it to us. After that we waited an hour for our pasta to arrive. The portions were tiny. Staff not very interested. Nice ambiance and fashionable clientele though.

Mangia is an institution in the city, so expectations were high. However, the overall feeling of the meal was frustration. We booked a table in the restaurant and they sat us at the bar, which was not a problem. However, felt like we didn't have a waiter the whole evening, despite being passed by most members of staff continually, we felt actively ignored. The food was good, pasta excellent, but the portion size was simply too small. The fish portion looked like a course of a 10 course taster menu, despite being a main at 225kr. The filled pasta was a good portion if you are in kindergarden. No attention was drawn to the food, we had no wine before our first course arrived. We were in and out within an hour which felt like a rip off for the price paid and what is more we didn't want to stay longer. Overall I was frustrated and disappointed, felt like the front of house was negligent and unprofessional and the food was undersized and overpriced. Go to Circolo, it is way better and a fun vibe.

Delicious pasta, great atmosphere, good wines! They did forget our food but they made up for it with free dessert! Would recommend

Rustic, Bohemian Italian restaurant. We had the 4 course menu for 450DKK, which is overpriced compared to what you get. The ricotta+spinach ravioli was great, as was the dessert ice cream with mint and strawberries, but the other elements in the menu were average at best. What's worse is that 2 out of 3 warm dishes were served too hot so you had to extinguish your mouth with water, unable to taste the flavor very much. For the same amount you can get a much better deal in restaurants like Radio. Bonus points for the service, I wasn't familiar with all the wines so I asked for a recommendation twice, and both times was able to try two different wines to see which one I like best. 1220,- for 2 people with only 2 glasses of wine and one non alcoholic cocktail is about 450kr too much compared to the quality, sadly.

Fantastic food! We started off with green collards and then ordered the five course tasting menu which I can really recommend. Great range of flavours, ingredients and textures that just melted in your mouth and a wonderful bottle of red wine to go with it. The staff was super friendly and were there when you needed them. One of the better tasting experiences during my stay in the city. If you're in Copenhagen, visit Mangia and you're in for a real treat!
