Terrible experience. I asked for service in English since I have just moved to Sweden and therefore cannot speak Swedish so well. The doctor rudely told me that this was not the UK. This tells you everything you need to know about the attitude of the staff here towards their patients. (FYI: It is a requirement for healthcare facilities in Sweden to provide you care in a language that you can understand - almost everyone can speak English in Sweden).

Incredibly rude receptionist. They made a time booking for my baby at 8.00 am. I cancelled some things to make it, and when I got there they said that my booking was at 13.00 pm. Total disregard for people's schedules and so unapologetic. I wish that I could give a 0. When I said that I wished to speak to whoever was in charge due to the lack of assistance from the receptionist, the staff started dodging me, and I was not given anyone to speak to. Dr. Fouad, your staff are really letting you down.

Such a bad place, they don’t have any communication between doctors and nurses in my experience and the nurse who was supposed to check my blood pressure wanted to use a machine instead of a manual one. I told her manual is better and she still refused to change it and made excuses. Don’t go here if you want reliable help.

Best thing I've been part of in healthcare. They helped me and my 2 children immediately! We came in with fever, ear inflammation and strep throat, they took us in straight away and we were prescribed medicine after the tests. Thank you for saving our New Year.

Doesn't keep time. Arrived 15 minutes late, thereby stressing the doctor. Didn't listen to my concerns, made my own decisions. And not a bit well-read. Completely unsympathetic

I called Nydala vårdcentral today for to book an appointment for my son, as over the last 2 months has suddenly gone down a lot weight. I told that I have been referred by the school health nurse as an educator me to seek an emergency appointment, as there may able to be underlying diseases such as that must be checked up on. I got an appointment at the end month and during that time I am afraid that my son continues to lose weight. The receptionist did not take my concern at all seriously but instead was busy to find mistakes in my language, since I speak Danish more tried to make myself understood in Swedish. Felt adult bullied and honestly have never experienced anything like it. I think this is really unfortunate as there are some really good doctors who do their jobs well nydala care centre. But then there is something else staff who give the place a really bad reputation. I'm not the type to go in and write bad reviews about public or private agencies, but this has affected me a lot during the day. And it seems it is a worrying development that has taken place in clinic over the past few years. You are almost nervous every time you have to call to the clinic or visit a doctor
