Located inside what appears to be a shopping center with many food stalls, food truck style adapted to a fixed place. • French burger Perfect meat/bread ratio. Served on a tray inside its paper wrapper. Bread, tender and tasty bread. A taste to chew. It has sucked some of the juice that the meat released. I ate the burger quickly, I don't think the bun would have lasted very long. Burger, 150g beef, smash. Perfectly cooked, with its crunchy layer on the surface. Very tasty and juicy. Extras, gruyere cheese, truffle mayonnaise, caramelized onion. Well harmonized, they do not cover each other and do not cover the hamburger. Well melted cheese on the smash burger, a good amount of mayonnaise and onion that provides the right point of sweetness. If the cheese was a bit weak in flavor, a cheese with a slightly stronger flavor would have been better. A great success. Very well balanced burger. A 9. Great. Small, fast service, fresh product from local producers. Without a doubt, a hamburger that deserves to be eaten from the first to the last bite.

I ordered the classic burger and it was a disappointing experience. badly assembled, almost imperceptible cheese, I had to open it to check if it had it and found a shadow of cheese, bad sauce and meat without any flavor, two small dirty lettuce leaves and a single slice of tomato. For that price go to Tuggs which delivers a much better service and flavor. .

One of the best Burgers I‘ve eaten in my entire life. The fries are very good aswell. We had the vegetarian one with Truffle-Mayonnaise and jalapeños!

I don't know what they are doing here but this is better than any burger I have ever had in the US. This was even better then the gasoline grill burger we had in Copenhagen. Do yourselves a favor and go early or show up late because there was quite the line during peak lunch hour. We had the chili cheese and the truffle burger. Fries were also very good as were the additional cost dipping sauces.
