Transformed! End of last year, I broke a metatarsal and fractured another one. These are the long bones in your foot. After just two sessions at Smertefys with Thomas, it completely transformed by whole body! I gained my confidence back, stopped limping and best of all- the pain went. Thomas is an amazing physiotherapist who listens to you. If I am ever in need of a physio again- I know now where to go. I really thoroughly recommend!!!

I have been to two appointments regarding neck pain and some issues in lower-back area. I got a really nice treatment and some exercises to cure my pain. Everything worked out very well! I am really glad I chose Smertefys!

This way - Holiday Finland "Here I come" :) I have never received such good and thorough treatment as I received today for an hour at Thomas in Køge. Spot on - good analysis of the situation, history and everyday challenges. Well-reviewed exercises for continued self-training. Super massage and relevant "provocations". Skilled and accommodating. It is unbelievable how unprofessional you are greeted on the phone by a guy who shows such poor service. He had a flabby tone, seemed totally unconcerned with what you were asking, no understanding whatsoever. I didn't even manage to make an appointment, I'll probably find another physiotherapy place👎🏽

Thomas knew exactly what both he and I needed to do to help me. He clearly explained the whole process to me, and was very good at keeping me updated on what was to be done, and that I understood it. After a couple of treatments, I quickly noticed the effect, and now I can finally train and move as I want!

They get my warmest recommendations! Extremely competent professionals. I have struggled with a pelvic problem that had gotten so bad that I had ended up in a wheelchair and practically unable to do anything physically. After treatment with them, it gradually got better and I am now free of the wheelchair and can walk around on my own! Thomas, who treated me, had a handle on pelvic dislocation and knew how to treat it. Before that I had tried 4 other physiotherapists, but none of them seemed to have a handle on what they were doing. So going forward I will definitely use smertefys.nu and recommend them to others!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! When I first came to Thomas in Smertefys, I had had pain behind my foot for 2.5 years. I had been to a radiologist, to an orthopedist, to other physiotherapists and all they had done was give me 2 injections with blockades and sell me some very expensive insoles. Nothing had worked and soon after the blockades the pain came again. It had already been ultrasound scanned at the radiologist and she saw that it was irritation in the mucous sac in the heel. I have been in so much pain that every step has been a strain for 2.5 years and I could barely walk stairs anymore and the pain in my heel was so bad I could barely touch the back of my foot/heel. THEN I found Thomas. The best thing I have done for myself. I have been with Thomas 3 times over a period of approx. Two months. He listened to me, took the time to feel me properly and gave me some simple exercises to do. There was an effect quite quickly and now 4 months later I have no pain in the heel. I still have to do exercises to keep the irritation away, but they help so much that I can now climb stairs, walk many kilometers, etc. without pain. I just want to give Thomas from Smertefys my WARMEST recommendation. I have not received better treatment anywhere else. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Thomas!

I came into the clinic with knee pain a little resigned, and hoped they could help me. I didn't know what caused the pain and had tried many other treatments before, and each time with new information and ideas as to what it could be from. I have received the best treatment from Thomas, who has given me effective exercises and in a short time my knee got better. Thomas is also very understanding, listens and you feel in very safe hands throughout. I am very grateful that I can train again, and can warmly recommend Thomas and the clinic :-)
