Ordering a family trip for 4 generations to Crete 2024, great help from mixx for planning, booking, luggage and sending offers, everything is just fine so now we just wait for travel days in June 2024

Good guide, but that seems to be it. But to call the hotel I'm sitting in now asis 3 star. Is and make fun of guests. Toilet board smoked off. No water out of the shower. Chalked to . Ants everywhere in the room. View of large gas tank one meter from the room. And construction debris is floating everywhere. Not even butter for breakfast.

It is time for Mixx Travel to inform customers on the website which hotels in Turkey are Russian-owned. There are already many Russian guests at all hotels in Turkey, but... Utopia Beach Club is Russian-owned and 90 percent of the guests were Russians .If I had known that it was Russian owned, I would have chosen a different hotel. There was a lot of noise from Russian children who were up late into the night screaming and shouting and running around without their parents doing anything about it. that. The quality does not correspond to 5 stars and the food was of poor quality. Mixx Travel describes the hotel as luxurious, it certainly does not fit!! We have been to Kirman in Belek and have reference in terms of what is luxurious ... but Utopia Beach is just middle class. All of us in a family of 8 had stomach problems during our 9 day stay. It only speaks Russian and predominantly there were Russian staff. Bed linen was not changed at all during 9 days, and cleaning was on a regular basis. And not to forget a lot of noise from the nearby hotel long into the night with loud music.
