Quite bad actually. The beef was ok but not juicy at all, and the burger itself lacked of personality. There are better options at this price!

Editing my review after ordering online just now. The order came minus a burger and with 3 extra portions of fries! First off all there is NO way to contact the restaurant directly as I could not find any branch phone numbers on the site. You can call the office and they will call the restaurant. Which they did. But the restaurant told them they packed and sent out everything on the order correctly. This despite us saying we had 3 extra portions of fries instead! Basically we were told to contact Wolt who btw were far more helpful and professional. In my view the restaurant refused to take responsibility for an obvious mistake and didn't even offer to just send the burger we said was missing. Horrible service and customer engagement. Will not be eating here again or recommending to anyone I know!

Very great burgers. I think the place looks super weird and it's very hot in the summer. Service is really nice, I can recommend getting a milkshake although they are very expensive (around 50kr)

there is this special taste and thing about jagger, a place with simplicity yet extremely tastefull burgers and fries. damn when I look back one day at my time in Copenhagen through Corona, Jagger will probably be my best memory. What a place, with still fair prices, tastefull brugers with quality cheese, meat and vegetables, as well as delicious sauces, fries and a nice and cool staff.

Nice spot and surprisingly it had table service outside (although we did order at the counter.) Was persuaded to try the strawberry milkshake by a delicious looking advertisment inside and was happy i did. Burger was tasty and the Fries were fresh and cooked to perfection.

Great new burger place for the local area! Inside it’s clean but rather bit small. It's possible to sit outside too. Staff is friendly and happy to help. Burgers are fresh and taste good. Recommend!

They kinda mess up sometimes with the take-away vs eat-in. If you get a milkshake, sometimes they give it to you straight away, sometimes you get it together with your food. Make sure you’re clear with what you want is my point, I guess. The food is always tasty and fresh!
