It is slightly different which service you get. Sometimes you feel welcome, other times it feels a bit like you are a bit of a nuisance. And then I paid DKK 119 for a roll of film that costs DKK 79 everywhere else. So I buy my film elsewhere now :)

They talk over one's head and seem more to get the customer over with. I follow that I have to adapt to them and follow me not serviced at all. Will not come again. Had an expectation of good service by walking into a store. Unfortunately I didn't get that. I quietly ask to have a photo printed in the same size as I photo-edited it in. Even matched it to their print size. I did NOT get it in the right measurements. It is not at all to talk to them about a completely simple task.

Super poor service. Every time we are met with sour expressions that do not make one feel welcome, and our questions are met with an attitude that gives us the feeling that we are a nuisance and annoying. Would rather go to Farum or Frederikssund. I won't come again.
